Patricia Diaz De Leon, PA-C

Patricia Diaz De Leon is a board-certified PA originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. She earned a BS in Biology from St. Edward's University (2002) and an MSPAS from the University of New England in Portland, Maine (2008). She has over 12 years of experience spanning pediatrics, primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, and industrial medicine.

A resident of the Schertz/Cibolo area for five-plus years, she is dedicated to delivering compassionate preventive and chronic care at Hillside Primary Care. Outside work, she enjoys time with her husband and two children.
