Juan Carlos Perez is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Mexico who earned his BSN in 2017 and his MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022. He brings three years of long-term care nursing experience and joined Hillside Primary Care in March 2023.
