Samreen Affan

Samreen Affan is the Director of Operations at Hillside Primary Care, where she has served as a key member of the leadership team since joining the organization in January 2020.

She relocated to San Antonio in 2012 with substantial experience in healthcare operations, leadership, and organizational management, advancing rapidly into her executive position.

She manages regulatory compliance programs, supervises daily operations, creates training and policy frameworks, and implements efficiency improvements to strengthen care quality and patient outcomes.
