Donna is especially passionate about developing people, nurturing talent, and fostering growth, which has been a consistent cornerstone of her career.

Originally from Amarillo, Texas, she relocated to San Antonio early in her professional journey. She raised two adult children in Helotes and enjoys cooking and culinary experiences outside of work.
